Our history is built on the strength of character and the precision of hands. Grandpa Shmuel (z"l) was born in Germany in 1943 during the height of the war. After moving from Poland to the bustling streets of New York in the 50s, he became a master locksmith and metalworker by the 60s. 🗽🔨
Shmuel was a man of deep tradition and integrity. He taught us that when you build something to protect a person, you don't cut corners. This philosophy of "measure twice, weld once" became the cornerstone of Doorliz. 🥨✨

In the 1980s, Shmuel and his beloved wife Miriam (the heart and soul of our family unity ❤️) relocated to Davie, Florida. Recognizing the unique threat of Atlantic hurricanes, Shmuel founded E-ZR Impact Glass FL, specializing in high-velocity hurricane zone (HVHZ) protections. 🌪️🏙️
